Police Investigate Death Of Student
The Central Regional Police Command is investigating the murder of a level 300 Marketing student of the Cape Coast Technical University.
The body of Nana Ama Clark, 24, was found at the road side of OLA Estate, near the OLA College of Education, Cape Coast, on Friday evening around 9 pm, with the private part removed.
The Central Regional Police Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Irene Oppong, confirmed the story to the Ghanaian Times.
She said when the police went to the scene, they found the victim lying naked with her private part ‘vagina’ cut off and bruises on the body.
DSP Oppong said the police had informed the mother of the deceased, about the tragedy, adding that the body had been deposited at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital mortuary pending further investigation.
