ARCHBISHOP SARPONG EPITOMIZES NANA OTUO SEREBOE AS A GREAT SERVANT OF THE LORD
Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi, Emeritus Peter Akwasi Sarpong has epitomised Omanhene of Juaben Traditional Area who is also the Chairman of the Council of State Nana Otu Sereboe as a great servant of God.
A true servant of God stands out amongst all and is looked up to by all as revealed in the book of Isaiah (chapter 40 to 56) in the scriptures
“This Servant is the beloved of the Lord, God knew him, He was born before he was born and God destined him to be the light of the nation.”
“This Servant was to suffer for his people to a point where he will accept the faith to be like a true lamp to be slaughtered for his people.”
“This is the servant role God destined Nana Otuo Sereboe to play for Juabenman, Asanteman and the world was concretely expressed in his divine instituted appointment as the Lord of the Juaben State”.
He said this as the Guest Preacher of the Thanksgiving service of the 50 years enstoolment of Nana Otuo Sereboe, Juaben Omanhene of Juaben Traditional Area at Juaben Prof. Adu Boahen Square on Tuesday August 31st 2021.
“In short we thank the Lord for choosing Nana Otuo Sereboe as the Paramount Chief of the Juaben Traditional area 50 years ago,Archbishop Akwasi Sarpong said.”
He commended Nana Otuo Sereboe for his outstanding Leadership for the past years thus God has enabled him to live up to the expectations a good King should be and to act in support of his Subjects.
Archbishop Akwasi Sarpong advised that everyone must come together to form a community of intelligent beings seeking a common goal for survival.
