Western Regional Police Command Investigates Death Of Commander

The Western Regional Police Command has commenced investigation into the death of Half-Assini District Commander, Supt. Cyprian Zenge who was found dead in his apartment on Saturday morning.
The officer “was found sitting in a blue chair with gunshot wound on his forehead with his pistol beside him on the floor and one spent ammunition under the chair”
In a statement, the police said “although preliminary investigation points to suicide, the investigation is opened to unravel the true circumstances leading to the death of the officer.”
