Man Arrested For Smashing Cars At Parliament
A young man has been arrested by security personnel stationed at the Parliament of Ghana for causing damage to some cars.
The man dressed in a white Jalabiya is reported to have entered the premises on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, preaching and portraying himself as a preacher.
He was next spotted smashing windscreens of cars parked on the compound with an implement he had hidden in his outfit.
Reports say he destroyed four vehicles before he was tamed by security personnel present at the premises.
Videos of his arrest portrayed him proclaiming the attributes of God and mimicking the popular statement of Jesus on the cross: “Father have mercy on them.”
He was whisked away.
