Chris Hughton Names 25-Man Squad For AFCON Qualifiers
Black Stars Coach, Chris Hughton has released the names of players he will be using for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers later this month.
This comes almost a month after he was appointed the head coach of Ghana’s senior national team.
Ghana will host the Palancras Negras of Angola at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on March 23 and play the return fixture in Luanda, the capital city of Angola on March 27.
The games will determine Ghana’s fate in the Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted in Cote D’Ivoire in January 2024.
