Men Attack NDC Tamale Office
Some men believed to be members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have attacked the party’s office in the Northern region.
A video shared on social media by Metro TV showed more than ten men at the premises of the office vandalising some benches belonging to the party.
Gunshots are also heard.
Metro TV reports that the men are “Unidentified supporters of the NDC in Tamale” whose action follows their demand for the removal of the acting regional chairman of the party, Adolf Ali.
Adolf Ali is acting as the Regional Chairman after the elected Northern Regional Chairman of the Party, Alhaji Abdulai Ibrahim Mobila passed away.
He died at the Tamale Teaching hospital on August 16, 2022.
