5 To Face Court Over “Attacks” At NDC Office

Five (5) persons will be arraigned in court today, August 1, 2022, for their alleged involvement in attacks at the regional office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Tachiman in the Bono East Region.

The five include Kojo Agyei, Illiasu Sulemana, Andrew Kemire, Fatau Abdalla, and Alhaji Nuhu.

The attack reportedly happened on July 28, 2022.

According to the police, one person sustained multiple knife wounds in the process.

Additionally, some properties were destroyed, the police said.

“The sliding windows of the party office and a vehicle which was parked at the office were vandalised”, a police report said.
