NHIA Senior Management Reviews Progress, Operations
The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has reviewed progress on key issues affecting the Authority’s work.
The meeting, held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, was chaired by the Chief Executive of the NHIA, Dr Victor Asare Bampoe.
It brought together senior management members to reflect on achievements, ongoing activities and challenges across the various divisions of the Authority.
Divisional presentations gave management a clearer picture of work done so far, areas requiring attention, and next steps moving forward.
The meeting also provided a platform to share ideas, address concerns and agree on measures to improve the Authority’s operations and service delivery.
Dr Bampoe, who chaired the meeting, emphasised the need for collaboration and efficiency in advancing the mandate of the Authority.
The meeting forms part of ongoing efforts by the NHIA leadership to strengthen internal coordination and enhance service delivery to Ghanaians.
