Opemsuo Radio’s photojournalist Elijah Donkor, popularly known as Kofi Ghana, has won the Best in Photojournalism award at the 2026 Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Ashanti Media Excellence Awards.

He took first place in the category for his photojournalism work during the funeral of the late Asantehemaa, known as ‘Asantehemaa Dɔte Yie’ at the Manhyia Palace.
