GES Directs 2026 Promotion Applicants To Check Status From October 15
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has directed all applicants for the 2026 promotion exercise to check the status of their applications.
In a letter dated October 14, 2026, signed by the Deputy Director-General (Quality and Access), Munawaru Issahaque (PhD), for the Director-General, and addressed to all Regional Directors of Education, Management said it wishes to inform all Regional Directors to notify all applicants for the 2026 promotion exercise to visit the designated promotion portal to access and check the status of their respective applications.
The Service said all Regional Directors are requested to ensure the information is promptly communicated to all eligible applicants within their respective regions.
Applicants are encouraged to access the portal on Thursday, 15th October, 2026, to ascertain the status of their applications via the link: https://bit.ly/statuschecker2026 or scan the QR code provided in the letter.
Regional Directors of Education are further urged to ensure that the information is disseminated through the appropriate administrative channels to facilitate compliance within the stipulated timeline.
“Your usual cooperation and commitment to the successful implementation of the promotion exercise are highly appreciated. Please treat this directive as urgent,” the letter stated.
