GES Denies Release of 2025/2026 Boarders’ Prospectus
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has debunked a document circulating in the media purporting to be the “2025/26 Academic Year National Harmonised Prospectus for Boarders.”
In a statement, GES Management said it has not released any official prospectus for students for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The Service urged parents, guardians, and the general public to disregard any list of items currently circulating on social media and other platforms.
The fake document, which bears the GES logo, lists items for boarders including trunks, toiletries, uniforms, and other school supplies, and also outlines “Edupack essential items” to be paid for at ADB branches.
It has been widely shared ahead of the reopening of Senior High Schools.
GES clarified that the official and finalised prospectus for boarders will be communicated in due time through appropriate channels.
The Service advised the public to rely only on information from official GES sources and to be wary of unauthorised documents.
