2023 WASSCE Timetable Out

The timetable for the 2023 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) has been released by the West African Examination Council (WAEC).

The examination will begin on the last day of July and end on the 26th day of September.

According to the timetable, core subjects including Social Studies will take place on August 28; English Language on September 7; Mathematics on September 14; and Integrated Science on September 18.

The Council notes that the question paper for General Knowledge-In-Art 3 will be given to candidates two weeks before the paper is due to be taken.

Also, project work for Basketry, Graphic Design, Leatherwork, Ceramics, Sculpture, Picture Making, Textiles, and Jewellery will be forwarded to candidates two weeks in advance of the examination.

It further noted that visually impaired and hearing impaired candidates would be allowed one and half times the time allotted to other candidates during the examination.
