When Otumfuo Invites You, You Accept with Both Hands- Business Mogul McDan
Ghanaian businessman, Daniel McKorley, has expressed immense gratitude to the King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, following his recent visit to the Manhyia Palace two days ago.
According to him, such rare invitations are invaluable and are thereby grabbed with “both hands”.
Sharing his experience, he wrote, “It was a surreal afternoon, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”
He described the moment as ‘incredibly grounding’.
“Being in a room with people doing deeply meaningful work, not just for personal success or pocket (there’s nothing wrong with that!), but using their influence and resources to build businesses and uplift others, reminded me why building enterprises matters. It reinforced the value and importance of finding business ideas that drive our hearts and energies to make a difference.”
Meanwhile, the founder of the McDan group didn’t mince words when he spoke about his admiration towards Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation, the Non-governmental organization of the Monarch.
The meeting on January 21, 2026, provided a platform for His Majesty to hear them out individually on the current prevailing business climate, their challenges and proposals.
