We Need Time to Show Potential – Hearts Coach

The head coach of Hearts of Oak, Martin Koopman has pleaded for some time to position the team to pick up with the flow of the current season and soar.

According to him, the team is vibrant and only needs time to show off its potential.

“I see performance and I’m proud of them. I think we need time because the players are young. We have players between the ages of 19 and 21, so we need time,” he said according to JoyNews.

His reaction comes after their goalless draw against FC Samartex 1996 on Saturday, October 21 in Accra.

The result compounded the club’s poor performance this season.

So far, they have managed only one win with two draws and two losses. They are now plunged into relegation zone with five points.

Their next match will be played away from home against Bibiani Gold Stars on Saturday.
