We Haven’t Yet Sent Medical Screening SMS- Interior Ministry
The Ministry of Interior says no SMS notifications with regard to the medical screening have been sent to any applicant.
It plans to send these SMSs between March 29 and 31.
In a notice to applicants, it relayed that Medical Screening is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at designated centers across all regions.
“Applicants are therefore cautioned against falling prey to SMS messages from dubious sources requesting payments for medical screening.
“All SMS messages will be sent from the sole authorised SMS sender ID, i.e., CSERP.”
Additionally, it said all qualified applicants for medical screening are to note the change in their status from “Qualified” to “MEDICAL SCREENING” on their applicant portal once SMSs are sent.
It therefore entreated all applicants are to double check all SMS’s received in relation to the medical screening process and ensure they see the change in status before proceeding to make payment via the secure web checkout system on their portal.
“No applicant will be required to send money directly to any mobile money number. Stay Vigilant and report any cases of fraud to the email address: recruitment@mint.gov.gh”
