We Aren’t Undertaking Second Phase Recruitment- GIS

The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has disclaimed reports that it will be undertaking a second phase of the ongoing recruitment exercise.

It described the notice as “misleading” and “false” in a statement issued on December 16, 2025.
This information, it observes, has been circulating on media platforms, including an SMS claim that certain applicants in the ongoing recruitment exercise have advanced past the application stage and must pay a fee to proceed to the second phase.

“Management of the Ghana Immigration Service categorically states that this information is false. Neither the Service nor the Ministry of the Interior has announced the commencement of the next phase.”

It noted that the application process remains open until the official deadline of December 19, 2025.

It therefore advised the public to disregard such fraudulent claims and to refrain from engaging any individual, group, or phone numbers disseminating these messages.

It highlighted, “Applicants will be contacted solely via SMS, the official email and phone numbers listed below, or by logging into the portals on the C-SERP platform. Applicants are cautioned against fraudulent schemes, including unauthorised “protocol” offers or similar inducements.”
