Video: Asantehemaa Offers Prayers For Bawumia

The Queenmother of the Ashanti Kingdom, Nana Ama Konadu yesterday offered a steadfast prayers for the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Dr Mahamadu Bawumia.

The brainy Vice President paid a courtesy call on the Asantehemaa at the Manhyia Palace following his four-day tour in the Ashanti region.

Asantehemaa in a spirited mood requested from God for peaceful elections and protection of Dr. Bawumia.

Ghanaians will go to the polls following the expiration of the tenure of office of the President, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo in the most sacred of all democracy’s rituals, to elect a new leader.
