This is the Right Place; Issah Akuba after Completing Vision Move
Hearts of Oak forward, Issah Akuba has finally found the right place to carry on with his career after he completed a permanent move to newly promoted side, Visions Football Club.
It comes after his loan spells in the past three seasons.
The 22-year-old is excited to find a permanent home among the Eewo family after getting limited playing times in the league last season following his return from his last loan spell at FC Skhupi.
“I’m excited to be part of the Vision FC family on a permanent basis,” he told club’s media as he asserted, “I believe this is the right place for me to continue my development.”
He is on a long-term loan at the club who says the transfer is a testament to their ambition to compete at the highest level in the Ghana Premier League.
“Vision FC is delighted to confirm the signing of forward Issah Akuka Issifu on a multi-year deal. The 22-year-old joins the Eewo family from Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak.”
Head Coach Nana Kweku Agyemang expressed his delight at securing the services of the young striker.
“Akuka is a talented player with a bright future. He fits the profile of the type of forward we are looking for, and we believe he will be a valuable asset to the team,” he said.
Akuka spent the 2021/2022 and 2022/23 seasons on loan at Real Tamale United, where he showcased his talent by scoring fourteen goals across the two seasons.
His impressive performances earned him a move to Macedonian side FC Skhupi later in 2023 on yet another loan.
Upon his return to Hearts of Oak, Akuka found limited playing time.
