Technical Hitch Delaying Card Printing- NIA
The National Identification Authority (NIA) says a temporary technical challenge is affecting the printing of Ghana Cards.
In a public notice, it said a team of expert technicians is working diligently to restore the system to full functionality as soon as possible and apologised for any inconvenience.
“We sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation may cause and respectfully appeal to the public to exercise patience as we work to resolve the issue.”
The Authority further assured the public that all other services, including identity verification services, record updates without Card replacement, and other related services not requiring card issuance are not affected.
It emphasised, “The NIA remains committed to delivering efficient and reliable services to all Ghanaians and residents.”
