Dreams Move Atop CAF Group C

Dreams FC have moved on top of CAF Confederation Cup’s Group C log after winning three points against Academica do Lobito.

With six points after three games, they are followed by Central Africain and Rivers United respectively in the second and third places.

Academica do Lobito occupy the last spot after losing all three games with zero points.

The MTN FA Cup champions on Sunday clutched their second win in the CAF Confederations Cup in Angola against Academica do Lobito after Abdul Aziz, John Antwi and Gael Aholou found the back of the net in both halves of the game.

The hosts managed to pull two back in the first and second halves.

The Ghana Premier League side will next host the Angolan Club at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on December 20 and then seek revenge against Central Africain on February 25, 2024, before their last away group match against Rivers United on March 3, 2024.
