NITA Announces Gov’t Email Platform Is Down

The National Information Technology Agency (NITA) has announced the breakdown of the Government of Ghana Email Platform.

According to the Agency, the platform is currently experiencing a temporary outage.

In a statement, it’s said its technical team had identified the issue and was working diligently to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

“We understand the importance of this platform in supporting government communication and public service delivery, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this disruption may cause.”

NITA further assured users that every effort was being made to resolve the situation in the shortest possible time.

It added that regular updates on the progress of the resolution will be provided to keep users fully informed.

“We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work towards restoring the service. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
