See Centres Otumfuo Foundation Will Be Undertaking Free Breast Cancer Screening
With the kind courtesy of the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation (OOTIIF) and visionary leadership of Lady Julia, seven health care centres have been designated for free Breast Cancer Screening.
This is part of the numerous activities the NGO will be undertaking to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month this year.
It will be done in partnership with Breast Care International.
According to the Foundation, the free screening will be done across the Ashanti Region throughout October.
“Together, we are spreading hope, care, and action because Early Detection Saves Lives!”
Residents have been encouraged to take charge of their health, encourage a loved one to get screened, and build a healthier Asanteman free from the silent threat of breast cancer.
The Screening Centres include:
* Ayeduase Health Centre
* Juaben Municipal Hospital
* Kuntanase Government Hospital
* Nkawie Toase Government Hospital
* Twedie Government Hospital
* Afrancho Polyclinic
* Mamponteng Hospital
