Military Seeks Public Assistance in Identifying Patient

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has served notice about a missing man receiving treatment at the 37 Military Hospital in the Greater Accra Region.

The man said to be middle-aged was run down by a vehicle on the Tema motorway in November 2023 and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

“On Monday 13 November 2023, a good Samaritan brought a middle-aged man to the 37 Military Hospital. The man was allegedly knocked down by a vehicle on the Tema Motorway rendering him unconscious,” a statement from the GAF said on Tuesday.

Though the patient is in a stable condition and still receiving treatment in the hospital, the Military notes that he is yet to get reunited with his family.

“The patient is currently stable and receiving treatment at the Neuro Ward at the 37 Military
Hospital; however, the hospital has not been able to identify him or trace any family member.”

The assistance of the public has thus been sought.

“The assistance of the general public is humbly requested to help identify the patient and bring his status to the notice of his family.”
