Firefighters Contain High-Tension Pole Fire at Okorase Amertey Junction

Personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) have saved several residential facilities after containing a fire that gutted a high-tension pole at Okorase Amertey Junction.
The fire started on November 30, 2025, and received a response from the Koforidua Metro Fire.
A statement reporting the incident issued on December 2 said the crew arrived within minutes to find a high-tension pole on fire.
