Asante Professionals Club-USA Hosts 5th Annual Conference

The Asante Professionals Club-USA, a premier network of Asante Professionals committed to excellence, heritage, and community development, hosted its milestone 5th Annual Conference in Woodbridge, Virginia from August 8 to 10.
The event brought together professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, and community leaders from across the United States, Canada, and Ghana, marking a significant chapter in the club’s growing legacy.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating five years of Impactful Service”, underscored the club’s mission to combine professional achievement with the preservation of Asante cultural values.
The conference featured:
•Keynote Speeches from accomplished leaders in business, academia, and civic engagement
•Panel Discussions on entrepreneurship, leadership, and community empowerment
•Youth & Mentorship Forum linking young professionals with seasoned mentors
•Cultural Gala Night celebrating the richness of Asante’s tradition
Speaking at the opening session, Ms. Barbara Acheampong, President of the Asante Professionals Club-USA noted:
“This milestone gathering is proof that our culture and our careers can thrive side by side. We are building bridges, between generations, between continents, and between our roots and our dreams.”
Hon. Asenso Boakye the Member of Parliament for Bantama Constituency in Ghana and the founder of Asante Professional Club in his speech called for the need for Asantes in the Diaspora to support Asanteman’s Development.
