{Watch} Regal Seating of Asantehene and Nananom at Nana Konadu Yiadom III’s One-Week
The lens of Opemsuo Radio has captured the grandeur and elegance of the traditional seating arrangement at the One-Week Observation of Nana Konadu Yiadom III, the Queen of the Asante Kingdom.
It featured the Occupant of the Golden Stool, His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who sits in state as the chief mourner, grieving the loss of his traditional mother.
The drone shot also highlights the dignified and majestic demeanour of the seating system of Nananom at such public events.
The system is guided by traditional protocol, with chiefs seated in order of seniority and precedence.
The Asante Kingdom is today, August 21, 2025, celebrating the One-Week of the demise of its Queen,
