Kotoko Slapped With Charges for Alleged Incitement Post

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) disciplinary Committee has charged Asante Kotoko SC for an inciteful post during a weekend game against FC Samartex 1996.
The FA deems the act a breach of Section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier League Regulations, 2025.
It was observed that the post made on social media was inciteful and posed a risk of violence against the match official.
This, it said, constitutes misconduct that brings the game into disrepute in a notice issued on November 24.
“They have until Wednesday, November 26, 2025, to respond to the charge.”
The Kumasi-based club is reported to have taken to X, formerly Twitter, to post, “Referee Aduntera has awarded a penalty for a foul outside the box.”
