Steps to Accessing Pay-Slip on New Govt System
The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department has deployed an upgraded pay-slip system for all Government employees paid on the National Payroll.
The new system requires all employees to use their National Identification Authority (Ghana Card) numbers to access the GoG employee pay-slip system to ensure the security and accuracy of personal payroll information.
The CAGD, in a statement, said this initiative aims to enhance the transparency and accessibility of payroll information.
Steps to Accessing the Pay-Slip System:
1. Log onto: https://gogepayslip.cagd.gov.gh
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter your employee number
4. Enter your Ghana Card number for verification
5. Confirm your details and add/edit your phone number (compulsory). Adding or editing an email is optional
6. Verify your phone number by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to you
7. Enter a new password
8. Confirm the password
9. Select a security question
10. Provide an answer to the selected question (keep this question and answer safe and private; it will be used for future password resets)
11. Confirm all information on the summary page
12. Click the checkbox to confirm
13. Click the Register button to sign up
