Spiritual Overlord of GaDangme State Summons Family Head of Lumba

The Spiritual Overlord of the GaDangme State, Wor Lumor Konor Nuumo Borkete Laweh Tsuru, has summoned the family head of the late highlife musician Charles Kojo Fosu, known as Daddy Lumba.

The summons is to seek clarity on speculation regarding a planned burial of the late musician at his private residence at East Legon, the Gorbu Wulomo-Shitse said in a letter issued on March 10.

“The matter has generated significant sentiments and concerns among sections of the GaDangme people, and it has consequently been brought before the Spiritual Overlord for clarification and traditional review.”

“As the Family Head (Abusuapanyin) of the late Charles Kojo Fosu, your presence is required to provide the necessary explanation and engagement on the matter in accordance with customary protocols and to assist in addressing the concerns raised.”

He is expected to make an appearance at the Palace in Nungua on Thursday, March 13, 2026, at 11: 30am.
