SIC Financial Services Board Inaugurated

The Deputy Minister for Finance Hon. Thomas Nyarko Ampem has inaugurated the reconstituted Board of Directors of SIC Financial Services Limited.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, the Deputy Minister noted that the inauguration comes at a crucial time when Ghana’s financial sector is recovering from recent turbulence.

He urged the board to restore public trust and confidence in the institution while working to position SIC Financial Services as a competitive player in the industry.

On his part, the Board Chairman, Mr. Jonathan Mawuli Dzaisu, assured that the new board will work diligently to ensure the growth and development of the company.

The newly inaugurated SIC Financial Services Ltd. Board comprises:
1. Mr. Jonathan Mawuli Dzaisu – Chairperson

2. Dr. Sa-ad Iddrisu, Ph.D – Managing Director

3. Mr. James Agyenim-Boateng – Managing Director, SIC Insurance Plc.

4. Mr. Solomon Twum Barima – Managing Director, SIC Life Insurance Company Ltd.

5. Ms. Sakina Oforiwa – SIC Insurance Plc Representative

6. Mr. John Yamptep – SIC Insurance Plc Representative

7. Mr. Buadi Barachel – Independent Direct
