Shortlisted Police Recruits To Sit for Exam

The Ghana Police Service has announced an examination for successful applicants in the limited recruitment exercise that was conducted two months ago for a backlog of 2021 applicants.

The examination will be conducted at designated centres across the 16 regional capitals this weekend, it announced in a press statement issued on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

“Shortlisted candidates have been invited to write an examination on Saturday, October 12, 2024, as part of the requirement for this stage of the exercise.”

The candidates have been further directed to stay tuned for other details on the exam through e-mail and SMS.

Those who were not shortlisted have been duly notified with the police warning against any payment.

“We wish to caution the public, particularly the candidates that there is no payment of money involved and therefore anyone who demands money from any person should be considered a fraudster and must be reported to the police.”
