See Ofori Atta’s Wanted Poster Issued By OSP

The Office of the Special Prosecutor has issued a wanted poster for Ghana’s former Finance Minister, Kenneth Ofori Atta.

This follows his declaration as a wanted fugitive by the Office last week for his involvement in alleged corruption and corruption-related offences in the award of five contracts.

In the notice released on Monday, February 17, 2025, the OSP said the 66-year-old is likely to be in the United States of America (USA) or the United Kingdom (UK).

He is required to assist in investigations into five cases including Strategic Mobilization Ghana Limited & GRA Contract; ECG and Beijing Technology Limited Contract Termination; National Cathedral Project; Procurement of Ambulances; and GRA’s Tax Refund Account Payments.
