Rolls Royce Family Demands $100M from Medikal and Shatta Wale Over “Alla” Catchphrase

The Management of DJ Azonto has demanded $100 million and other valuables as compensation from Medikal, Shatta Wale and Beatztrap KOTM after accusing them of infringing on his intellectual property rights.
According to the Rolls Royce Family, the artistes used DJ Azento’s iconic catchphrase “Alla” in their newly released song titled “Shoulder” without authorization.
“The term “Alla,” which forms the heart of DJ Azento’s signature slogan “Alla Woyo,” has been a well-established part of his identity, associated with his image, performances, and fan culture. However, its sudden appearance in their song “Shoulder” without credit, clearance, or collaboration is being considered as an infringement of intellectual property and brand identity.”
Expressing disappointment in the artistes in a statement issued on July 9, 2025, it demanded a fully activated Diplomatic Passport for DJ Azonto’s mother; 10 Diamond Chains; and three brand new Rolls Royce (for his daughters).
It also made a demand for a 90% ownership stake in Shaxi beach house in Miami; and a public apology and acknowledgement of DJ Azonto as the original creator and campaigner of the “Alla” movement.
The Management group said it would sue the artistes if they failed to meet the demands.
“We have repeatedly advised all creatives that intellectual property is not for free use, especially in an industry where only our identity and originality are the cornerstones of success.”
