Scores From Premier League Matchday 28

Seven matches took place on the matchday 28 of the betPawa Premier League on Wednesday, April 26.

The matches saw Tamale City hosting Hearts of Oak at the Aliu Mahama stadium, Legon Cities taking on Accra Lions at the El Wak stadium, Berekum Chelsea locking horns with Kotoku Royals at Golden City Park, and King Faisal taking on Bechem at the United Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports complex.

Also, FC Samartex 1996 took on Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Nsenkyire Park, Aduana FC took on Gold Stars and Meadeama SC took on Dreams FC at Akoon Park.

The game ended in a 4: 1 victory for Tamale City against Hearts, 2: 0 for Legon Cities; 2:1 in favour of Berekum Chelsea; goalless for King Faisal and Bechem United; 2:0 victory for FC Samartex; 2:0 win for Aduana FC and 3:2 win for Madeama SC.

A brace from Tamale City’s Sampson Eduku, a goal each from Yahaya Mohammed and Isaac Mensah sealed their victory despite a goal from Hearts of Oak’s Victor Aidoo.

The Cities made their win over Accra Lions through Kofi Kordzie and Ebenezer Amegah whereas goals from Kwasi Fosu and Evans Osei Wusu gave Samartex the victory over Nsoatreman.

Mohammed Zakari gave Kotoku Royals the lead inside 13 minutes but Kofi Ansu Patrick scored the winner inside added time after Kalo Ouattara’s equalizer.

A brace from Kelvin Obeng put Aduana FC at an advantage over Gold Stars.
