Over 2,000 Visa Appointment Slots Available in Next Two Weeks- US Embassy in Accra

The United States of America (USA) Embassy in Accra says 2,000 Visa Appointment slots are available in the next two weeks.

These appointments are reserved for B1/B2 travellers, it stated in a Facebook post.

Applicants may take advantage for a business trip, visiting family, general tourism, or to watch the World Cup.

“If you already have a U.S. visa appointment for later in the year, consider moving it up now. Visit our visa page for more information: https://gh.usembassy.gov/visas/”

Meanwhile, the US Department of State has paused all immigrant visa issuances to selected countries, including Ghana, whose immigrants have a high rate of collecting public assistance at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer.
