Over 13,000 Trained Teachers Deployed to Schools By National Service Authority

The National Service Authority (NSA) has posted 13,700 trained teachers to various educational institutions to undertake the mandatory one-year service to the nation.
In a statement, it said this is the first batch of trained teachers from accredited institutions across the country to undertake national service.
With less than a week to report to work, the Authority directed all service personnel to print out their appointment letters from the NSA website for endorsement by the user agencies.
It noted that the validation of appointments across all the NSA’s Regional Centres will commence on March 26 and end on March 11.
“All Service Personnel must begin their national service on April 2, 2025.”
Meanwhile, the Authority reiterated its commitment to strengthening partnerships with the Ghana Education Service, Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS) and private schools to minimize shortfalls in learning outcomes.
