Otumfuo Foundation Sponsors 600-bed Dormitory Block For Sefwi Wiawso SHS
The Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation is putting up a 600-bed capacity girls’ dormitory block for the Sefwi Wiawso Senior High School (SEWASS) at Sefwi Wiawso, the Western North regional capital.
On Monday, March 5 2024, the Foundation together with the President of Attachy Construction Limited, Mr Kwame Atta Acheampong and the Regional Consultant, Mrs Betty Antwi of Architectural & Engineering Services Limited (AESL) paid a visit to the project site to assess the level of work done.
The inspection was conducted to assess the current progress of the work and to check the availability of materials on site, ensuring that quality standards are maintained and that the workers’ conditions are not compromised.
Mrs. Betty Antwi commended Attachy Construction Limited for their swift progress since work commenced last year.
The 3-storey building project is expected to be completed in December this year to ease pressure on the existing blocks for the students.
