Office of the Registrar of Companies Announces Fee Adjustment

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has announced an upward adjustment to the fees for services rendered across its offices effective February 2, 2026.

“The revision of fees is undertaken pursuant to the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), in particular the provisions set out in the Second Schedule of the Regulations,” it stated in a statement.

According to the OCR, the adjusted fees shall apply across the full spectrum of services including but not limited to company incorporation, business name registration, statutory filings, searches and other related regulatory services.

The revision aims to ensure sustainable service delivery and enhance customer experience nationwide, it noted, adding that comprehensive details of the revised fees and charges will be made available at all ORC offices and published on the Office’s official website prior to the effective date.

It therefore urged members of the public and all service users to take note and make the necessary arrangements for transactions to be undertaken on or after Monday, February 2, 2026.

“The Office of the Registrar of Companies remains steadfast in its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality services,” it assured.
