NIA Establishes Personal Info Update Point at NSA HQ

The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced its Help Desk and Personal Information Update Service Point at the headquarters of the National Service Authority (NSA).

This is geared towards facilitating the process for prospective National Service Personnel experiencing challenges on the registration portal with the verification of their Ghana Cards.

The Personal Information Update Service Point will assist applicants who may need to update their personal information.

“The service is available at a fee of GHC60, consistent with the cost of updates at all NIA District Offices nationwide,” it said in a statement.

In addition, it said all NIA offices across the country have been directed to give priority to prospective National Service Personnel to facilitate swift and seamless registration.
