National Service Authority Nullifies June 2025 Online Registration

The Ghana National Service Authority has cancelled all online registration for prospective national service personnel undertaken in June 2025.
It comes after the old National Service portal was suspended at the instance of President John Dramani Mahama after a Technical and Forensic Audit conducted on the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP) found the system unfit.
In a statement, the GNSA said the Authority had deployed a new and more robust digital platform to guarantee transparency, security, and real-time verification.
As a result, all those who registered for the upcoming service year will have to re-register on the new portal from Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared NULL AND VOID. Every prospective service personnel must re-register on the new platform.”
It explained that this has become necessary due to data integrity issues, such as discrepancies in ages, identified in the collected data.
It added that all legitimate registrants will get a refund of their service fees.
All prospective personnel must use the new official website: https://gnsa.gov.gh/.
The official starting date for all national service personnel to be at their deployed service station is Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the Service year officially commencing on Monday, November 3, 2025.
