Nana B Disputes Speculations of Confrontation with Former Suhum MP

The National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has debunked reports that he engaged in a heated exchange with former Member of Parliament (MP) for Suhum, Frederick Opare-Ansah.
It was widely reported that the confrontation resulted in a physical assault; however, Nana B has debunked the speculations as an online fabrication as he touted Hon Opare Ansah as a respected individual known for his gentleness.
“My attention has been drawn to online fabrications and media reports suggesting a confrontation between Hon. Opare Ansah and myself,” he said in a statement.
He added, “I categorically state that these claims are baseless and entirely false. There’s no truth to any alleged altercation, including claims of physical confrontation to the extent of Hon Opare Ansah slapping me.”
He stated that the focus of the NPP is geared towards working assiduously to strengthen it.
“We are currently engaged in a thank-you tour across the country aimed at uniting the NPP and energizing its grassroots and at the same time making preparations towards our upcoming ‘SAVE THE JUDICIARY’ demonstration taking place in Accra on the 5th of May, 2025.”
