MTN Resolves Technical Hitches With Data Bundle Purchase Channels

MTN Ghana has announced the restoration of its data bundle purchase channels after it was hit with technical hitches yesterday.

In a notice on Wednesday, it said, “MTN is pleased to inform our cherished customers that we have restored our data bundle purchase channels.”

The telecommunication company said that customers could access the enhanced data bundle offers.

“As of 11 pm today, 1st July 2025, customers can purchase data bundles to receive the 15% additional volume of data via the following channels :*138 #; *170#; *567#; and myMTN App.”

It noted that data purchases via the MoMo app remain temporarily unavailable.

“We apologize once again for the inconvenience the disruption may have caused. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.”
