Manso Adubea Constituency has a Fair Share of National Cake – Chairman
Mr Kofi Acheampong, the constituency chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Manso Adubea Constituency in the Ashanti Region, has expressed satisfaction that his constituency has received its fair share of national development.
“When it comes to the national cake, Manso Adubea has had its portion. The Agenda 111 initiative is currently underway, and our roads, spanning 225 km, are being worked on. The NPP government has done well for Manso Adubea,” he stated in an interview with George Adjei on Nkwantannanso on July 12.
He highlighted that during Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia campaign tour, he promised to address the issue of roads that were abandoned by contractors due to lack of funds.
“The Vice President witnessed the state of the roads firsthand. Some of these roads have come to a halt due to funding challenges. He assured us that these roads will be completed.”
“Out of the eighty-six communities in my constituency, twenty-six lack electricity, and the Vice President promised to address this issue,” he added.
The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has commenced his campaign to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming 2024 general elections. During his almost two-week campaign in the Ashanti Region, he aims to garner support and secure votes from all constituencies.
