Mahama to Visit Upper East and Northern Regions

President John Dramani Mahama is expected to visit two regions as part of his Thank You tour across the country.

The Jubilee House confirmed this in a social media post on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

He will spend two days in the Upper East and Northern regions.

As part of his visit, he will engage the traditional authorities and the residents of the regions to convey his gratitude for their support in the overwhelming endorsement he garnered in the 2024 Presidential elections.

“President John Dramani Mahama will today begin a two-region Thank You Visit to convey his appreciation to the Chiefs and people of the Upper East and Northern Regions for their support and overwhelming endorsement in the 2024 general elections.”

This follows the President’s visit to Sierra Leone on Tuesday to engage President Dr. Julius Maada Bio.
