Mahama Appoints 18 Deputy Ambassadors and High Commissioners

President John Dramani Mahama has appointed deputy heads of Missions for eighteen countries.

This was contained in a letter informing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take the necessary steps to facilitate the appointment process.

The 18 include Dr Palmer Appiah-Gyan, for the Federal Republic of Germany; Francisca Patoah Gyarko for the Swiss Federation; Ben Dotsei Malor for the United States of America; Harry Zevon, Ph.D., for the People’s Republic of China; General Thomas Oppong-Peprah for Canada and Sulemana Ibun Iddrissu for the Republic of India.

Also on the list are Aquinas Quansah for the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland; George Harrison for the Republic of Korea; Jamilatu Amadu for the United Arab Emirates; Emmanuel Netsey-Afedo for the Netherlands; and Sophia Karen Edem Ackuaku for the Italian Republic.

The rest are Francis Thalamus Doe for Japan; Sanni Jajah for The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Kwadwo Agyei-Dwomor for the Republic of Türkiye; Emmanuel Kamban Panyan for the Russian Federation; Alhaji Mohammed Seidu Issah Abah for the Republic of South Africa; Mohammed In Abass for the Arab Republic of Egypt; and Rev. Isaac Clive Mould PhD, for The Kingdom of Denmark.
