Macbones Fight Against English Boxer Spike Cancelled

The highly anticipated bout between Ghanaian boxing sensation, Seth Gyimah, popularly known as Freezy Macbones and English boxer Steven Spike Crame will not take place later next month as earlier advertised.

This was announced in a statement by the Ghanaian lightweight boxer on Wednesday evening.

According to him, circumstances beyond his control has necessitated the cancellation, however, a new date will be announced for the bout.

“The highly anticipated boxing event has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances and a new date will be announced in the coming weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are working diligently to ensure the rescheduled event meets our high standards and provides an exceptional experience for all attendees.”

The event under the banner, ‘A Bout For Peace’, was earlier slated for September 21, 2024 at Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Macbones’s last fight was on June 29, 2024, against 44-year-old Ibrahim Labaran during which the former recorded his fourth victory in professional bout.
