Medeama SC Communications Director, Patrick Akoto, has hinted that sparkling midfielder Justice Blay will have a huge influence at where he will continue his football career.
The next destination of workaholic midfielder Justice Blay has become an issue for discussion following faultless performance he exhibited during his loan spell with Asante Kotoko SC.
Blay’s loan spell with Asante Kotoko ended last month and he has since returned to his mother Club, Medeama SC.
The midfielder who distinguished himself well for Asante Kotoko is seen as the best defensive midfielder to help the Ghanaian giants to solidify their midfield as they have got another opportunity to represent Ghana in the CAF Elite Competition, Champions League.
The dynamo defensive midfielder at Asante Kotoko provided a rocklike protection to shield the ‘Reds’ defense.
His incredible pair with Mudasiru Salifu and Kwame Adom Frimpong earned him many plaudits from Asante Kotoko vociferous supporters.
In an exclusive interview with Patrick Akoto, Communications Director for Medeama SC on Opemsuo 104.7 FM evening Sports, Pramaso, he recounts that, “The player (Justice Blay) will have an influence in whatever decision the Club will take regarding his next destination.
He is our player and has returned to Medeama after his loan spell expired”
The Communications Director further revealed that the Board of the Club is yet to meet to decide about the next destination of Justice Blay.
“Our Board of Directors are yet to meet due to COVID-19 pandemic to decide which Club Blay will join. We have currently halt any engagement with any Club until there is a green light for football to commence in the country”
Justice Blay ushered himself so well in a spectacular picture when he joined Asante Kotoko SC in July 2019.
The genius defensive midfielder has inexhaustible energy to tame his opponents with brilliant aerial abilities though not too tall a player.
He’s got supermundane vision to locate his forwards with astonishing passes.
The quick-witted midfielder will mean a lot to Asante Kotoko faithfuls when he joins the Club permanently.
