Former President John Dramani Mahama has given out 150 Glucometers with strips to diabetics at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on his 63rd birthday celebration.

Mr. Mahama was hopeful the Glucometers will go a long way in helping beneficiaries check and monitor their blood glucose levels at home.
Advising the patients present, he said, “As I donate these glucometers, I urge you to adopt healthy lifestyles, increase your physical activity, eat healthy diets and check your weight.”
Dr. Ampomah and Dr. Atiase expressed their immense gratitude for the gesture of the former president.
