Immediately Communicate Rejection of NSS Personnel- User Agencies Told
The Ghana National Service Authority has encouraged User Agencies to use appropriate channels after rejecting National Service personnel posted to their agencies.
While addressing the concern, it stated that organisations that, for any reason, are unable to accommodate personnel are required to officially communicate this to the personnel without delay.
“The personnel will then inform the Authority to enable necessary steps to redeploy him/her before the stipulated deadline for the Regional Validation Exercise.”
It comes after various user agencies across the country for the 2025/2026 service year rejected the posted personnel.
The NSA explained that the situation has resulted in a significant rise in reposting requests, which adversely affects the smooth administration of the service year.
It said this risk affects the deadline for the ongoing Regional Validation Exercise.
“The Authority counts on the continued cooperation of all User Agencies to ensure an efficient, orderly, and transparent deployment and validation process for the 2025/2026 service year.”
