IGP Reshuffles 11 Senior Officers
The Inspector-General of Police, Mr Christian Yohuno, has reshuffled 11 senior officers, including former Ashanti Regional Commander, COP Emmanuel Teye-Cudjoe.
Currently, the Director General of the Police Professional Standards Bureau (PPSB), COP Cudjo has been reassigned as the Director General of the OPS.
The decision, the Service said, was to strengthen operational effectiveness.
Below are the changes:
1. COP/Dr. Sayibu Pabi Gariba, Director General/Tech to Director General/NAPD.
2. COP/Mr. Iddi Lansah Seidu, Director General/Welfare to Director General/Tech.
3. COP/Dr. Vance Baba Gariba, Director General/OPS to Director Géneral/R&P.
4. COP/Mr. Emmanuel Teye-Cudjoe, Director General/PPSB to Director General/OPS.
5. DCOP/Mr. Darko Offei Lomotey, Director General/R&P to Director General/PPSB.
6. DCOP/Mr. Eric Ken Winful, Director General/NAPD, to Director General/Welfare.
7. DCOP/Mr. Charles K. Adu, Regional Commander/CR to Regional Commander/ESR.
8. DCOP/Mr. Isaac Asante, Regional Commander/ENR to Nat. Headquarters.
9. DCOP/Mr. George B. Ohene Boadi, Regional Commander/ESR to RC/CR.
10. DCOP/Mr. George Ankomah, Central MTTD/AR to Regional Commander/ENR.
11. DCOP/Mr. Alex Kodjo Wowolo, Director/ICT Nat. Hars to i/c Central MTTD/AR.
